Myanmar (Burma) Women
Plant Churches

Christian women in Myanmar are planting churches. According to the Women's Track of the AD2000 and Beyond Movement.

Dora Moses started a church in Rangoon, the country's capital, two years ago. The church has already started seven more churches and sent seven missionaries to areas unreached by the gospel. Two of the church's women have entered a strongly Buddhist area.

Another Burmese woman, Kwangi Nawni, and her husband are starting churches among the chin people. Today their ministry has grown to 86 churches with 120 staff in Chin state. One Chin congregation in Rangoon has more than 200 people.
